* add index checks

The following checks apply to both 5.x as well as 6.0

index checks:
- coercion of boolean fields
- the _all meta field is now disabled by default
- the include_in_all mapping parameter is now disallowed
- unrecognized match_mapping_type options not silently ignored
- similarity settings
- store settings
- store throttling settings
- shadow replicas have been removed
