Ioannis Kakavas 283eaabc71 [7.x] Refactor SamlAuthenticationIT (#57162) (#61568) ... Refactor the tests to not require a mock HTTP Server. This has been the cause of flakiness and removing it doesn't affect the logical coverage of this suite.
