jaymode 67c6cf4055 test: add debug logging and cleanup stopping of servers 
Adds debug logging to try to get more information about random failures in these
tests. Also cleans up some potential issues with the code that handled the stopping
of random ldap servers to test failure cases.

= Elasticsearch X Plugins

A set of Elastic's commercial plugins:

- License
- Shield
- Watcher
- Marvel

= Setup
You must checkout x-plugins and elasticsearch in the same directory as siblings. This
elasticsearch checkout will be used when building x-plugins.
