Jason Tedor 69ee9d77ad Reflect upstream load average change
This commit addresses the handling of load averages in Marvel due to
upstream changes in core Elasticsearch where the load average field was
changed from an array to an object.

= Elasticsearch X Plugins

A set of Elastic's commercial plugins:

- License
- Shield
- Watcher
- Marvel

= Setup
You must checkout x-plugins and elasticsearch in the same directory as siblings. This
elasticsearch checkout will be used when building x-plugins.
