The SecretService implements a subset of the api provided by the CryptoService. Currently the CryptoService is simply bound to null when in the transport client or when security is disabled. This change converts all users of the SecretService to the CryptoService, and any tests using SecretService.Insecure to simply using null. Original commit: elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch@8251c65ffe
