This commit replaces the use of try/finally blocks to handle safe locking/unlocking for role cache read/write lock with releasable locks in try-with-resources blocks. Relates elastic/elasticsearch#3278 Original commit: elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch@fbd659cd85
