Introduces:

- SAML Realm
- REST & Transport actions to support SAML single signon / signout
- Tests for above
- More XML than you ever wanted to see.

Provisions OpenLDAP + shibboleth IDP 3.3.1 .
Uses ansible on the guest.

Run: `vagrant up --provision`
