This replaces the use of the logger in the IPFilteringN2NAuthenticator with the AuditTrail, so that the connection granted or denied messages will now be seen with the rest of the audit output. Closes elastic/elasticsearch#101 Original commit: elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch@10218a45a9
