Nik Everett 7a2722e74a Remove checkstyle suppressions for sql/jdbc* (elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch#2379) ... Removes the line length checkstyle suppression for `sql/jdbc*` and fixes all the checkstyle violations. Removes a few files that had violations that were not used.
