jaymode cb0f169655 update CLI tools to work with spaces in the home path The CLI tools are launched by scripts and these scripts need to handle spaces in the elasticsearch home path. = Elasticsearch Watcher Plugin

This plugins adds conditioned scheduled tasks features to elasticsearch - such a task is called a `Watch`.

You can build the plugin with `mvn package`.

The documentation is put in the `docs/` directory.
