A {dfeed} can be started and stopped multiple times throughout its lifecycle.

`force`::

(boolean) If true, the {dfeed} is stopped forcefully.

`timeout`::

|
(time) Controls the amount of time to wait until a {dfeed} stops.
|
|
The default value is 20 seconds.
