* Clean up the generics around significant terms aggregation results
* Reduce code duplicated between `SignificantLongTerms` and
`SignificantStringTerms` by creating `InternalMappedSignificantTerms`
and moving common things there where possible.
* Migrate to `NamedWriteable`
* Line length fixes while I was there
