This change adds the following internal refactorings: * wraps input analyzers into an unmodifiable map in IndexAnalyzers ctor * removes duplicated indexSetting in IndexAnalyzers * removes references to IndexAnalyzers from DocumentMapperParser and TypeParser.ParserContext.
