docs(aio): use h1 rather than divs and hide heading anchors In the marketing pages we do not want to show heading anchors on hover. Previously, this was achieved by using div rather than heading elements. Now we can use semantically accurate headings while hiding the anchor. fix(docs-infra): make header full-width and panels full-width on mobile screens (#34188) On events page the header was not able to take full width when body exceeds viewport width of the screen So made the below body go overflow-x auto and resources page was taking 80% of the width which is okay on desktop but on mobile it should take 100% width put a media quer for it. feat(docs-infra): created new widget for events page (#36517) Data in events page was hardcoded and it is manually moved in the table.
