refactor(core): type `ComponentRef`, `ComponentFactory` and `ComponentFixture` by the component type

BREAKING CHANGE:
- `ComponetRef`, `ComponentFactory`, `ComponentFixture` now all require a type
  parameter with the component type.
Closes #8361
