feat(core): allow to provide multiple default testing modules ( #15054 )

This can be used to e.g. add the NoopAnimationsModule by default:
```
TestBed.initTestEnvironment([
BrowserDynamicTestingModule,
NoopAnimationsModule
], platformBrowserDynamicTesting());
```
