41c8c30973 chore(lint): remove unused imports (#11923) 
This was done automatically by tslint, which can now fix issues it finds.
The fixer is still pending in PR https://github.com/palantir/tslint/pull/1568
Also I have a local bugfix for https://github.com/palantir/tslint/issues/1569
which causes too many imports to be deleted.

bec5c5fdad refactor(Provider): remove deprecated provider/bind API (#10652) 
Closes #9751

BREAKING CHANGE:

These forms of providers are no longer accepted:
  bind(MyClass).toFactory(...)
  new Provider(MyClass, toFactory: ...)

We now only accept:
  {provider: MyClass, toFactory: ...}

BREAKING CHANGE:

Before:

    expect(...).toThrowErrorWith(msg);

After:

    expect(...).toThrowError(msg);

86fbd50c3d refactor(TypeScript): Add noImplicitAny 
We automatically insert explicit 'any's where needed. These need to be
addressed as in #9100.
