This commit fixes a regression where `ngModel` no longer syncs
letter by letter on Android devices, and instead syncs at the
end of every word. This broke when we introduced buffering of
IME events so IMEs like Pinyin keyboards or Katakana keyboards
wouldn't display composition strings. Unfortunately, iOS devices
and Android devices have opposite event behavior. Whereas iOS
devices fire composition events for IME keyboards only, Android
fires composition events for Latin-language keyboards. For
this reason, languages like English don't work as expected on
Android if we always buffer. So to support both platforms,
composition string buffering will only be turned on by default
for non-Android devices.
However, we have also added a `COMPOSITION_BUFFER_MODE` token
to make this configurable by the application. In some cases, apps
might might still want to receive intermediate values. For example,
some inputs begin searching based on Latin letters before a
character selection is made.
As a provider, this is fairly flexible. If you want to turn
composition buffering off, simply provide the token at the top
level:

{provide: COMPOSITION_BUFFER_MODE, useValue: false}
]
```
Or, if you want to change the mode based on locale or platform,
you can use a factory:
```ts
import {shouldUseBuffering} from 'my/lib';

The Router use the type `Params` for all of:
- position parameters,
- matrix parameters,
- query parameters.
`Params` is defined as follow `type Params = {[key: string]: any}`
Because parameters can either have single or multiple values, the type should
actually be `type Params = {[key: string]: string | string[]}`.
The client code often assumes that parameters have single values, as in the
following exemple:
```
class MyComponent {
sessionId: Observable<string>;
constructor(private route: ActivatedRoute) {}
ngOnInit() {
this.sessionId = this.route
.queryParams
.map(params => params['session_id'] || 'None');
}
}
```
The problem here is that `params['session_id']` could be `string` or `string[]`
but the error is not caught at build time because of the `any` type.
Fixing the type as describe above would break the build because `sessionId`
would becomes an `Observable<string | string[]>`.
However the client code knows if it expects a single or multiple values. By
using the new `ParamMap` interface the user code can decide when it needs a
single value (calling `ParamMap.get(): string`) or multiple values (calling
`ParamMap.getAll(): string[]`).
The above exemple should be rewritten as:

ErrorHandler can not throw errors because it will unsubscribe itself from
the error stream.
Zones captures errors and feed it into NgZone, which than has a Rx Observable
to feed it into ErrorHandler. If the ErroHandler throws, then Rx will teardown
the observable which in essence causes the ErrorHandler to be removed from the
error handling. This implies that the ErrorHandler can never throw errors.

Observable subscriptions from previous validation runs should be canceled
before a new subscription is created for the next validation run.
Currently the subscription that sets the errors is canceled properly,
but the source observable created by the validator is not. While this
does not affect validation status or error setting, the source
observables will incorrectly continue through the pipeline until they
complete. This change ensures that the whole stream is canceled.
AsyncValidatorFn previously had an "any" return type, but now it more
explicitly requires a Promise or Observable return type. We don't
anticipate this causing problems given that any other return type
would have caused a runtime error already.
DEPRECATION:
- the arguments `inputs` / `outputs` / `ngContentSelectors` of `downgradeComponent`
are no longer used as Angular calculates these automatically now.
- Compiler.getNgContentSelectors is deprecated. Use
ComponentFactory.ngContentSelectors instead.

BREAKING CHANGE:
Perviously, any provider that had an ngOnDestroy lifecycle hook would be created eagerly.
Now, only classes that are annotated with @Component, @Directive, @Pipe, @NgModule are eager. Providers only become eager if they are either directly or transitively injected into one of the above.
This also makes all `useValue` providers eager, which
should have no observable impact other than code size.
EXPECTED IMPACT:
Making providers eager was an incorrect behavior and never documented.
Also, providers that are used by a directive / pipe / ngModule stay eager.
So the impact should be rather small.

The main use case for the generated source maps is to give
errors a meaningful context in terms of the original source
that the user wrote.
Related changes that are included in this commit:
* renamed virtual folders used for jit:
* ng://<module type>/module.ngfactory.js
* ng://<module type>/<comp type>.ngfactory.js
* ng://<module type>/<comp type>.html (for inline templates)
* error logging:
* all errors that happen in templates are logged
from the place of the nearest element.
* instead of logging error messages and stacks separately,
we log the actual error. This is needed so that browsers apply
source maps to the stack correctly.
* error type and error is logged as one log entry.
Note that long-stack-trace zone has a bug that
disables source maps for stack traces,

After the introduction of the view engine, we can drop a lot of code that is not used any more.
This should reduce the size of the app bundles because a lot of this code was not being properly tree-shaken by today's tools even though it was dead code.
- Don’t use the animation renderer if a component
used style encapsulation but no animations.
- The `AnimationRenderer` should be cached in the same
lifecycle as its delegate.
- Trigger names need to be namespaced per component type.
When the `enableLegacyTemplate` is set to `false`, `<template>` tags and the
`template` attribute are no more used to define angular templates but are
treated as regular tag and attribute.
The default value is `true`.
In order to define a template, you have to use the `<ng-template>` tag.
This option applies to your application and all the libraries it uses. That is
you should make sure none of them rely on the legacy way to defined templates
when this option is turned off (`false`).
BREAKING CHANGE: Because all lifecycle hooks are now interfaces
the code that uses 'extends' keyword will no longer compile.
To migrate the code follow the example below:
Before:

@Component()
class SomeComponent extends OnInit {}

After:
```
@Component()
class SomeComponent implements OnInit {}

we don't expect anyone to be affected by this change.

Use `RendererV2` instead of `Renderer` now. `Renderer` can still be injected
and delegates to `RendererV2`.
Use `RendererFactoryV2` instead of `RootRenderer`. `RootRenderer` cannot be used
anymore.
BREAKING CHANGE:
- `RootRenderer` cannot be used any more, use `RendererFactoryV2` instead.
Note: `Renderer` can still be injected/used, but is deprecated.
Currently styles are rendered to the root component element, which ensures they're cleaned up automatically
when the client application is bootstrapped. This is less than ideal as progressive rendering can cause HTML
to be rendered before the CSS is loaded, causing flicker.
This change returns to rendering <style> elements in the <head>, and introduces a mechanism for removing
them on client bootstrap. This relies on associating the server and client bootstrap. Another way to think
of this is that the client, when bootstrapping an app, needs to know whether to expect a server rendered
application exists on the page, and to identify the <style> elements that are part of that app in order
to remove them.
This is accomplished by providing a string TRANSITION_ID on both server and client. For most applications,
this will be achieved by writing a client app module that imports BrowserModule.withServerTransition({appId: <id>}).
The server app module will import this client app module and therefore inherit the provider for
TRANSITION_ID. renderModule[Factory] on the server will validate that a TRANSITION_ID has been provided.
TypeScript compiler will now build to ES2015 code and modules. Babili is used to minify ES2015
code, providing an initial optimization that we couldn't previously get just from Uglify. Uses
Babel to convert ES2015 to UMD/ES5 code, and Uglify to minimize the output.
Included refactoring:
- splits the `RendererV2` into a `RendererFactoryV2` and a `RendererV2`
- makes the `DebugRendererV2` a private class in `@angular/core`
- remove `setBindingDebugInfo` from `RendererV2`, but rename `RendererV2.setText` to
`RendererV2.setValue` and allow it on comments and text nodes.

- PlatformState provides an interface to serialize the current Platform State as a string or Document.
- renderModule and renderModuleFactory are convenience methods to wait for Angular Application to stabilize and then render the state to a string.
- refactor code to remove defaultDoc from DomAdapter and inject DOCUMENT where it's needed.
BREAKING CHANGE: Classes that derive from `AsyncPipe` and override
`transform()` might not compile correctly. Use of `async` pipe in
templates is unaffected.
Mitigation: Update derived classes of `AsyncPipe` that override
`transform()` to include the type parameter overloads.

A definition of `Iterable<T>` is now required to correctly compile

runtime but a type definition `Iterable<T>` must be available.
`NgFor`, and now `NgForOf<T>`, already supports `Iterable<T>` at
runtime. With this change the type definition is updated to reflect
this support.

This makes it more consistent with the dynamic version of `upgrade` and makes it
possible to share code between the dynamic and static versions.
This commit also refactors the file layout, moving common and dynamic-specific
files to `common/` and `dynamic/` directories respectively and renaming `aot/`
to `static/`.
Some private keys, used as AngularJS DI tokens, have also been renamed, but this
should not affect apps, since these keys are undocumented and not supposed to
be used externally.
BREAKING CHANGE:
Previously, `upgrade/static/downgradeInjectable` returned an array of the form:

```
Now it returns a function with an `$inject` property:

It shouldn't affect the behavior of apps, since both forms are equally suitable
to be used for registering AngularJS injectable services, but it is possible
that type-checking might fail or that current code breaks if it relies on the
returned value being an array.
Make sure that context (`this`) that is passed to functions generated by test helpers is passed through to the callback functions. Enables usage of Jasmine's variable sharing system to prevent accidental memory leaks during test runs.
Allow NgComponentOutlet to dynamically load a module, then load a component from
that module. Useful for lazy loading code, then add the lazy loaded code to the
page using NgComponentOutlet.

which used to work no longer type checks. Example would be if one
injects `Foo` but configures it as `{provide: Foo, useClass: MockFoo}`.
The injection instance will be that of `MockFoo` but the type will be
`Foo` instead of `any` as in the past. This means that it was possible
to call a method on `MockFoo` in the past which now will fail type

NgIf syntax has been extended to support else clause to display template
when the condition is false. In addition the condition value can now
be stored in local variable, for later reuse. This is especially useful
when used with the `async` pipe.

This commit introduces a new API to the ngUpgrade module, which is compatible
with AoT compilation. Primarily, it removes the dependency on reflection
over the Angular 2 metadata by introducing an API where this information
is explicitly defined, in the source code, in a way that is not lost through
AoT compilation.

design of the API); @gkalpak & @petebacondarwin (who implemented the
API and migrated the specs from the original ngUpgrade tests) and @alexeagle

When lazily loading code, users need to be able to get hold of the
NgModuleFactory. For SystemJS environments, the SystemJS registry serves
this purpose. However other environments, such as modules compiled with
Closure compiler, do not expose exports object or a path based registry.
For these environments, `@NgModule` objects can include an identifier, and
the loading code can then pass `loadModule(id).then(() =>
getNgModule(id))` to the router.

Lastly, since modules are the basic compilation unit, the ngUpgrade module was modified to always require
an NgModule to be passed into the UpgradeAdapter's constructor - previously this was optional.
Often it is useful to test a component without rendering certain directives/components
in its template because these directives require some complicated setup.
You can do that by using NO_ERRORS_SCHEMA.

3. bootstrap ng2 with NgZone
Note: Previous footgun behavior was: bootstrap ng2 first to extract NgZone, so that ng1 bootstrap can happen in NgZone. This meant that if ng2 bootstrap eagerly compiled a component which contained ng1 components, then we did not have complete metadata.
Currently in the `linker/compiler.ts` file, the **same identifier** is used in **two declarations**:

```
This breaks the API doc generation. I’m surprised that this was not flagged by the tsc.
The duplicate declaration was introduced in 46b212706b.
Because
- `Form` is **exported** -- see line 30/31 of
`modules/@angular/forms/src/forms.ts`: i.e., <br>`export {Form} from
'./directives/form_interface'`; and
- Methods of `Form`, which are public, have an
`AbstractFormGroupDirective` parameter;
e.g.,<br>`Form.getFormGroup(dir: AbstractFormGroupDirective):
FormGroup`.
Then it makes sense for `AbstractFormGroupDirective` to be
public/exported too. In any case, if it isn't exported then the **API
docs for `Form` don't get generated properly.**
This makes `bootstrapModuleFactory` wait for promises
returned by `APP_INITIALIZER`s, also making `bootstrapModuleFactory` async.
I.e. now `bootstrapModule` and `bootstrapModuleFactory` behave in the
same way.
This ensures that all code from module instantiation, to creating
`ApplicationRef`s as well as calling `APP_INITIALIZERS` is run
in the Angular zone.
This also moves the invocation of the initializers from the `ApplicationRef`
constructor into the `bootstrapModuleFactory` call, allowing initializers
to get a hold of `ApplicationRef` (see #9101).

Prior to this fix [ngClass] would remove all dynamic classes
when destroyed. It's essential that classes are persisted such
that remove-based animations will still be stylistically correct.
This patch fixes this issue.

BREAKING CHANGE:
- Semantics and name of `@AppModule` (now `@NgModule`) changed quite a bit.
This is actually not breaking as `@AppModules` were not part of rc.4.
We will have detailed docs on `@NgModule` separately.
- `coreLoadAndBootstrap` and `coreBootstrap` can't be used any more (without migration support).
Use `bootstrapModule` / `bootstrapModuleFactory` instead.
- All Components listed in routes have to be part of the `declarations` of an NgModule.
Either directly on the bootstrap module / lazy loaded module, or in an NgModule imported by them.
This removes the magic from the `inject` test helper that would inspect
the current zone and would only work with our `async` test helper.
Now, `inject` is always synchronous, and if you are using a module
that requires async precompilation, you're required to call
`doAsyncPrecompilation` in your tests.
This is part of the breaking changes introduced with the swap
to each test having an AppModule.

Introduces the new `ANALYZE_FOR_PRECOMPILE` token. This token can be used to
create a virtual provider that will populate the `precompile` fields of
components and app modules based on its
`useValue`. All components that are referenced in the `useValue`
value (either directly or in a nested array or map) will be added
to the `precompile` property.

BREAKING CHANGE:
We have removed the deprecated form directives from the built-in platform directive list, so apps are not required to package forms with their app. This also makes forms friendly to offline compilation.
Instead, we have exposed three modules:
OLD API:
- `DeprecatedFormsModule`
NEW API:
- `FormsModule`
- `ReactiveFormsModule`
If you provide one of these modules, the default forms directives and providers from that module will be available to you app-wide. Note: You can provide both the `FormsModule` and the `ReactiveFormsModule` together if you like, but they are fully-functional separately.

To provide custom providers for the compiler,
create a custom compiler via `browserCompiler({providers: [...]})`
and pass that into the `bootstrap` method.
This implements a new class, QueryEncoder, that provides
methods for encoding keys and values of query parameter.
The encoder encodes with encodeURIComponent, and then
decodes a whitelist of allowed characters back to their
unencoded form.
BREAKING CHANGE:
The changes to Http's URLSearchParams serialization now
prevent encoding of these characters inside query parameters
which were previously converted to percent-encoded values:

The default encoding behavior can be overridden by extending

`compileComponentAsync` and `compileComponentSync`.
This is in preparation of deprecating `ComponentResolver`.
`compileComponentSync` is able to compile components
synchronously given all components either have an inline
template or they have been compiled before.
Also changes `TestComponentBuilder.createSync` to
take a `Type` and use the new `compileComponentSync` method.
Also supports overriding the component metadata even if
the component has already been compiled.

Instead, the async function now determines whether it should return a promise
or instead call a done function parameter. Importing Jasmine functions
from `@angular/core/testing` is no longer necessary and is now deprecated.
Additionally, beforeEachProviders is also deprecated, as it is specific
to the testing framework. Instead, use the new addProviders method directly.

TestComponentBuilder now lives in core/testing. compiler/testing contains a private
OverridingTestComponentBuilder implementation which handles the private behavior
we need to override templates. This is part of the effort to simplify the testing
imports and hide compiler APIs.

After splitting the facades into multiple modules,
enabling prod mode for code had no effect for the compiler.
Also in a change between RC1 and RC2 we created the `CompilerConfig`
via a provider with `useValue` and not via a `useFactory`, which reads
the prod mode too early.

"render" is gramatically incorrect and confusing to developers who used this api.
Since webworker apis were exposed only in master, renaming these before the rc2 release
is not a breaking change
Previously these symbols were exposed via platform-browser-dynamic, then we merged then into platform-browser
thinking that tools would know how to shake off the compiler and other dynamic bits not used with the offline
compilation flow. This turned out to be wrong as both webpack and rollup don't have good enough tree-shaking
capabilities to do this today. We think that in the future we'll be able to merge these two entry points into
one, but we need to give tooling some time before we can do it. In the meantime the reintroduction of the -dynamic
package point allows us to separate the compiler dependencies from the rest of the framework.
This change undoes the previous breaking change that removed the platform-browser-dynamic package.
There is no need to expose this additional method inside of the Renderer
API. The functionality can be restored by looping and calling
`setElementStyle` instead.
Note that this change is changing code that was was introduced after
the last release therefore this fix is not a breaking change.

Summary:
This adds basic security hooks to Angular 2.
* `SecurityContext` is a private API between core, compiler, and
platform-browser. `SecurityContext` communicates what context a value is used
in across template parser, compiler, and sanitization at runtime.
* `SanitizationService` is the bare bones interface to sanitize values for a
particular context.
* `SchemaElementRegistry.securityContext(tagName, attributeOrPropertyName)`
determines the security context for an attribute or property (it turns out
attributes and properties match for the purposes of sanitization).
Based on these hooks:
* `DomSchemaElementRegistry` decides what sanitization applies in a particular
context.
* `DomSanitizationService` implements `SanitizationService` and adds *Safe
Value*s, i.e. the ability to mark a value as safe and not requiring further
sanitization.
* `url_sanitizer` and `style_sanitizer` sanitize URLs and Styles, respectively
(surprise!).
`DomSanitizationService` is the default implementation bound for browser
applications, in the three contexts (browser rendering, web worker rendering,
server side rendering).

Introduces `ref-` to give a name to an element or a directive (also works for `<template>` elements), and `let-` to introduce an input variable for a `<template>` element.
BREAKING CHANGE:
- `#...` now always means `ref-`.

Pure pipes as well as arrays and maps are
implemented via proxy functions. This is
faster than the previous implementation
and also generates less code.

This adds the feature for `@ViewChild`/`@ViewChildren`/`@ContentChild`/`@ContentChildren` to define what to read from the queried element.
E.g. `@ViewChild(`someVar`, read: ViewContainerRef)` will locate the element with a variable `someVar` on it and return a `ViewContainerRef` for it.
Background: With this change, Angular knows exactly at which elements there will be `ViewConainerRef`s as the user has to ask explicitly of them. This simplifies codegen and will make converting Angular templates into server side templates simpler as well.
BREAKING CHANGE:
- `DynamicComponentLoader.loadIntoLocation` has been removed. Use `@ViewChild(‘myVar’, read: ViewContainerRef)` to get hold of a `ViewContainerRef` at an element with variable `myVar`.
- `DynamicComponentLoader.loadNextToLocation` now takes a `ViewContainerRef` instead of an `ElementRef`.
- `AppViewManager` is renamed into `ViewUtils` and is a mere private utility service.
Each compile template now exposes a `<CompName>NgFactory` variable
with an instance of a `ComponentFactory`.
Calling `ComponentFactory.create` returns a `ComponentRef` that can
be used directly.
BREAKING CHANGE:
- `Compiler` is renamed to `ComponentResolver`,
`Compiler.compileInHost` has been renamed to `ComponentResolver.resolveComponent`.
- `ComponentRef.dispose` is renamed to `ComponentRef.destroy`
- `ViewContainerRef.createHostView` is renamed to `ViewContainerRef.createComponent`
- `ComponentFixture_` has been removed, the class `ComponentFixture`
can now be created directly as it is no more using private APIs.
BREAKING CHANGE:
- Renderer:
* renderComponent method is removed form `Renderer`, only present on `RootRenderer`
* Renderer.setDebugInfo is removed. Renderer.createElement / createText / createTemplateAnchor
now take the DebugInfo directly.
- Query semantics:
* Queries don't work with dynamically loaded components.
* e.g. for router-outlet: loaded components can't be queries via @ViewQuery,
but router-outlet emits an event `activate` now that emits the activated component
- Exception classes and the context inside changed (renamed fields)
- DebugElement.attributes is an Object and not a Map in JS any more
- ChangeDetectorGenConfig was renamed into CompilerConfig
- AppViewManager.createEmbeddedViewInContainer / AppViewManager.createHostViewInContainer
are removed, use the methods in ViewContainerRef instead
- Change detection order changed:
* 1. dirty check component inputs
* 2. dirty check content children
* 3. update render nodes

conceptual performance problems,
as setting up observables is slow.
Use `OnPush` instead.

Now, using `ng.probe(element)` in the browser console returns
a DebugElement when in dev mode.
`ComponentFixture#debugElement` also returns a new DebugElement.
Breaking Change:
This is a breaking change for unit tests. The API for the DebugElement
has changed. Now, there is a DebugElement or DebugNode for every node
in the DOM, not only nodes with an ElementRef. `componentViewChildren` is
removed, and `childNodes` is a list of ElementNodes corresponding to every
child in the DOM. `query` no longer takes a scope parameter, since
the entire rendered DOM is included in the `childNodes`.
