refactor(test): <template>/<ng-container>/*-directives
...
- remove outer `<div>` in tests,
- use `<ng-container>` instead of `<template>` where possible,
- use *... instead of template (tag or attr) where possible.

`ComponentFixture` will be moving out of `@angular/compiler/testing` to `@angular/core/testing` in
