BREAKING CHANGES: - `browserPlatform`/`browserDynamicPlatform`/... have been deprecated and renamed into `platformBrowser`/`platformBrowserDynamic`/.... - `bootstrapModule` and `bootstrapModuleFactory` have been moved to be members of `PlaformRef`.
