reverted.
* revert: docs(aio): add service worker guide content and update nav (#20021)
This reverts commit 48300067fb96febb0351ab7745be2ad13ce6cfac.
This commit has some issues (e.g. breaks some e2e tests, adds images
to the wrong directories, breaks linting, etc).
Reverting in order to investigate and fix.
