The node version was updated in DEVELOPER.md due to #4527,
but nvm still uses v0.12 if not specified otherwise.
Update .nvmrc file to v4.2, which is the last node version.

Closes #4894

Angular

Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications. This is the repository for Angular 2, both the JavaScript (JS) and Dart versions.
