Chuck Jazdzewski f57b7df4d7 fix(compiler): remove deprecated Compiler.ngGetContentSelectors() (#19347 )

BREAKING CHANGE:

The method `ngGetConentSelectors()`, deprecated in Angular 4.0, has been
removed.

Use `ComponentFactory.ngContentSelectors` instead.
