Add some more sql syntax tests for Postgres, Oracle, and Sql Server (#5923)

Also:
- fix total parsing in internal MatchUrl service.
- Add more syntax tests for our docker database tests
- Change DaoTestDataBuilder to use a bundle with delete entries for teardown.
