which are part of a bundle when the resource has a UUID/OID

jamesagnew eea406e10e ResourceReferenceDt#loadResource(IRestfulClient) did not 
use the client's read functionality, so it did not
				            handle JSON responses or use interceptors. Thanks to
								            JT for reporting!
