Issue 4486 mdm inconsistent possible match score values (#4487) ...

* Extract method for readability

* Save always normalized score values in POSSIBLE_MATCH links.

* Avoid setting properties to null values. Adjust test.

* Simplify fix

* Fix test. Add RangeTestHelper.
