Removes [socket.io-parser](https://github.com/socketio/socket.io-parser). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [socket.io-parser](https://github.com/socketio/socket.io-parser), [@microsoft/sp-build-web](http://aka.ms/spfx) and [@microsoft/sp-webpart-workbench](http://aka.ms/spfx).
