refactor(core): introduce `ViewRef` and `ProtoViewRef`

BREAKING CHANGES:
- `NgElement` merged into `ElementRef`
- `Compiler.compile…` returns `ProtoViewRef`
- `ViewContainer` uses `ProtoViewRef`s and `ViewRef`s.
- `ViewRef`/`ProtoViewRef` in renderer were renamed to
  `RenderViewRef`/`RenderProtoViewRef`.

Related to #1477
