refactor(router): do not export RootRouter

BREAKING CHANGE:

It's unlikely that any apps were explicitly referencing `RootRouter`, but if they were they should
prefer to use the `routerBindings` helper or the `ROUTER_BINDINGS` const exported from `angular2/router`
