refactor(change_detect): Move (de)hydrate logic into dedicated methods

Call new `(de)hydrateDirectives` methods from `(de)hydrate`. Add a null
implementation in `AbstractChangeDetector` and only override if
necessary for the specific change detector.

Update to #3248
