fix(compiler): remove deprecated `Compiler.ngGetContentSelectors()` (#19347) 

BREAKING CHANGE:

The method `ngGetConentSelectors()`, deprecated in Angular 4.0, has been
removed.

Use `ComponentFactory.ngContentSelectors` instead.
