ayazhafiz 18b1bd4415 fix(language-service): infer $implicit value for ngIf template contexts (#35941)
Today, the language service infers the type of variables bound to the
"ngIf" template context member of an NgIf directive, but does not do the
same for the the "$implicit" context member. This commit adds support
for that.

Keen Yee Liau 06779cfe24 feat(compiler): Add sourceSpan and keySpan to TemplateBinding (#35897)
This commit adds fine-grained text spans to TemplateBinding for microsyntax expressions.

1. Source span
   By convention, source span refers to the entire span of the binding,
   including its key and value.
2. Key span
   Span of the binding key, without any whitespace or keywords like `let`

The value span is captured by the value expression AST.

This is part of a series of PRs to fix source span mapping in microsyntax expression.

Alex Rickabaugh 95c729f5d1 build: typescript 3.8 support (#35864)
This commit adds support in the Angular monorepo and in the Angular
compiler(s) for TypeScript 3.8. All packages can now compile with
TS 3.8.

For most of the repo, only a handful few typings adjustments were needed:

* TS 3.8 has a new `CustomElementConstructor` DOM type, which enforces a
  zero-argument constructor. The `NgElementConstructor` type previously
  declared a required `injector` argument despite the fact that its
  implementation allowed `injector` to be optional. The interface type was
  updated to reflect the optionality of the argument.
* Certain error messages were changed, and expectations in tests were
  updated as a result.
* tsserver (part of language server) now returns performance information in
  responses, so test expectations were changed to only assert on the actual
  body content of responses.

For compiler-cli and schematics (which use the TypeScript AST) a major
breaking change was the introduction of the export form:

```typescript
export * as foo from 'bar';
```

This is a `ts.NamespaceExport`, and the `exportClause` of a
`ts.ExportDeclaration` can now take this type as well as `ts.NamedExports`.
This broke a lot of places where `exportClause` was assumed to be
`ts.NamedExports`.

For the most part these breakages were in cases where it is not necessary
to handle the new `ts.NamedExports` anyway. ngtsc's design uses the
`ts.TypeChecker` APIs to understand syntax and so automatically supports the
new form of exports.

The View Engine compiler on the other hand extracts TS structures into
metadata.json files, and that format was not designed for namespaced
exports. As a result it will take a nontrivial amount of work if we want to
support such exports in View Engine. For now, these new exports are not
accounted for in metadata.json, and so using them in "folded" Angular
expressions will result in errors (probably claiming that the referenced
exported namespace doesn't exist).

Care was taken to only use TS APIs which are present in 3.7/3.6, as Angular
needs to remain compatible with these for the time being.

This commit does not update angular.io.

ayazhafiz 406419bc0f fix(language-service): fix calculation of pipe spans (#35986)
This commit accomplishes two tasks:

- Fixes the span of queried pipes to only be applied on pipe names
- By consequence, fixes how pipes are located in arguments (previously,
  pipes with arguments could not be found because the span of a pipe
  uses a relative span, while the template position is absolute)

The screenshots attached to the PR for this commit demonstrate the
change.

ayazhafiz 47a1811e0b feat(language-service): modularize error messages (#35678)
This commit performs a modularization of the Language Service's existing
diagnostic messages. Such a modularization has two primary advantages:

- Centralization and decoupling of error messages from the code that
  generates them makes it easy to add/delete/edit diagnostic messages,
  and allows for independent iteration of diagnostic messages and
  diagnostic generation.
- Prepares for additional features like annotating the locations where a
  diagnostic is generated and enabling the configuration of which
  diagnostics should be reported by the language service.

Although it would be preferable to place the diagnostics registry in an
independent JSON file, for ease of typing diagnostic types as an enum
variant of 'ts.DiagnosticCategory', the registry is stored as an object.

Part of #32663.

Keen Yee Liau 208ef7bd62 refactor(compiler): Remove NullAstVisitor and visitAstChildren (#35619)
This commit removes the `NullAstVisitor` and `visitAstChildren` exported
from `packages/compiler/src/expression_parser/ast.ts` because they
contain duplicate and buggy implementation, and their use cases could be
sufficiently covered by `RecursiveAstVisitor` if the latter implements the
`visit` method. This use case is only needed in the language service.

With this change, any visitor that extends `RecursiveAstVisitor` could
just define their own `visit` function and the parent class will behave
correctly.

A bit of historical context:
In language service, we need a way to tranverse the expression AST in a
selective manner based on where the user's cursor is. This means we need a
"filtering" function to decide which node to visit and which node to not
visit. Instead of refactoring `RecursiveAstVisitor` to support this,
`visitAstChildren` was created. `visitAstChildren` duplicates the
implementation of `RecursiveAstVisitor`, but introduced some bugs along
the way. For example, in `visitKeyedWrite`, it visits
```
obj -> key -> obj
```
instead of
```
obj -> key -> value
```

Moreover, because of the following line
```
visitor.visit && visitor.visit(ast, context) || ast.visit(visitor, context);
```
`visitAstChildren` visits every node *twice*.

* it's tricky to get out of the runfiles tree with `bazel test` as `BUILD_WORKSPACE_DIRECTORY` is not set but I employed a trick to read the `DO_NOT_BUILD_HERE` file that is one level up from `execroot` and that contains the workspace directory. This is experimental and if `bazel test //:test.debug` fails than `bazel run` is still guaranteed to work as `BUILD_WORKSPACE_DIRECTORY` will be set in that context

* test //integration:bazel_test and //integration:bazel-schematics_test exclusively

* run "exclusive" and "manual" bazel-in-bazel integration tests in their own CI job as they take 8m+ to execute

```
//integration:bazel-schematics_test                                      PASSED in 317.2s
//integration:bazel_test                                                 PASSED in 167.8s
```

* Skip all integration tests that are now handled by angular_integration_test except the tests that are tracked for payload size; these are:
- cli-hello-world*
- hello_world__closure

* add & pin @babel deps as newer versions of babel break //packages/localize/src/tools/test:test

@babel/core dep had to be pinned to 7.6.4 or else //packages/localize/src/tools/test:test failed. Also //packages/localize uses @babel/generator, @babel/template, @babel/traverse & @babel/types so these deps were added to package.json as they were not being hoisted anymore from @babel/core transitive.

NB: integration/hello_world__systemjs_umd test must run with systemjs 0.20.0
NB: systemjs must be at 0.18.10 for legacy saucelabs job to pass
NB: With Bazel 2.0, the glob for the files to test `"integration/bazel/**"` is empty if integation/bazel is in .bazelignore. This glob worked under these conditions with 1.1.0. I did not bother testing with 1.2.x as not having integration/bazel in .bazelignore is correct.

Keen Yee Liau 81241af7ac fix(language-service): Suggest ? and ! operator on nullable receiver (#35200)
Under strict mode, the language service fails to typecheck nullable
symbols that have already been verified to be non-null.

This generates incorrect (false positive) and confusing diagnostics
for users.

To work around this issue in the short term, this commit changes the
diagnostic message from an error to a suggestion, and prompts users to
use the safe navigation operator (?) or non-null assertion operator (!).

For example, instead of

```typescript
{{ optional && optional.toString() }}
```

the following is cleaner:

```typescript
{{ optional?.toString() }}
{{ optional!.toString() }}
```

Note that with this change, users who legitimately make a typo in their
code will no longer see an error. I think this is acceptable, since
false positive is worse than false negative. However, if users follow
the suggestion, add ? or ! to their code, then the error will be surfaced.
This seems a reasonable trade-off.

Ayaz Hafiz b608fa55f0 fix(language-service): warn, not error, on missing context members (#35036)
The language service reports an error when a directive's template
context is missing a member that is being used in a template (e.g. if
`$implicit` is being used with a template context typed as `any`).
While this diagnostic message is valuable, typing template contexts
loosely as `any` or `object` is very widespread in community packages,
and often still compiles correctly, so reporting the diagnostic as an
error may be misleading to users.

This commit changes the diagnostic to be a warning, and adds additional
information about how the user can eliminate the warning entirely -- by
refining the template context type.

ayazhafiz b64ead5cb8 fix(language-service): prune duplicate returned definitions (#34995)
Sometimes, a request for definitions will return multiple of the same
definition. This can happen in at least the cases of

- two-way bindings (one of the same definition for the property and
  event binding)
- multiple template binding expressions in the same attribute
  - something like "*ngFor="let i of items; trackBy: test" has two
    template bindings, resulting in two template binding ASTs at the
    same location (the attribute span). The language service then parses
    both of these bindings individually, resulting in two independent
    but identical definitions. For more context, see https://github.com/angular/angular/pull/34847#discussion_r371006680.

This commit prunes duplicate definitions by signing definitions with
their location, and checking if that location signature has been seen in
a previous definition returned to the client.

As part of the effort to tighten the API surface of
`TypeScriptServiceHost` in preparation for the migration to Ivy, I realized
some recently added APIs are not strictly needed.
They can be safely removed without sacrificing functionality.

This allows us to clean up the code, especially in the implementation of
QuickInfo, where the `TypeScriptServiceHost` is leaked outside of the
`LanguageService` class.

This refactoring also cleans up some duplicate code where the QuickInfo
object is generated. The logic is now consolidated into a simple
`createQuickInfo` method shared across two different implementations.

ayazhafiz 4d95c3d39a refactor(language-service): rename expression completions method (#34518)
This commit renames `addAttributeValuesToCompletions`, which generates
expression completions and is not exclusive to processing attributes, to
`processExpressionCompletions`. Also removes the expression completion
logic in `visitBoundText` for a call to `processExpressionCompletions`.

The conditional branch in `visitBoundText` is also removed. This branch
was added in one of the first commits to the language service
(519a324454) and appears to be
unnecessary, as the expression AST is constructed from the template
position anyway.

ayazhafiz 794dcb58d3 fix(language-service): do not use an i18n parser for templates (#34531)
The compiler's `I18NHtmlParser` may expand template nodes that have
internationalization metadata attached to them; for instance,

```html
<div i18n="@@i18n-el">{{}}</div>
```

gets expanded to an AST with the i18n metadata extracted and text filled
in as necessary; to the language service, the template above, as read in
the AST, now looks something like

```html
<div>{{$implicit}}</div>
```

This is undesirable for the language service because we want to preserve
the original form of the source template source code, and have
information about the original values of the template. The language
service also does not need to use an i18n parser -- we don't generate
any template output.

To fix this turns out to be as easy as moving to using a raw
`HtmlParser`.

---

A note on the testing strategy: as mentioned above, we don't need to use
an i18n parser, but we don't **not** need to use one if the parser
does not heavily modify the template AST. For this reason, the tests
target the functionality of not modifying a template with i18n metadata
rather than testing that the language service does not use an i18n parser.

ayazhafiz ee46b9b44f fix(language-service): correctly parse expressions in an attribute (#34517)
Currently, the language service provides completions in a template node
attribute by first checking if the attribute contains template bindings
to provide completions for, and then providing completions for the
expression in the attribute.

In the latter case, the expression AST was being constructed
"synthetically" inside the language service, in particular declaring the
expression to be a `PropertyRead` with an implicit receiver.
Unfortunately, this AST can be incorrect if the expression is actually a
property read on a component property receiver (e.g. when reading
`key` in the expression `obj.key`, `obj` is the receiver).

The fix is pretty simple - rather than a synthetic construction of the
AST, ask the expression parser to parse the expression in the attribute.

Keen Yee Liau 2dffe65cfd fix(language-service): completions after "let x of |" in ngFor (#34473)
This commit fixes a bug in which we do testing for completions.
Subsequently, this exposes another bug in our implementation whereby
suggestions are not provided in "ngFor" where there should have been.

Currently, multiple test cases are grouped together in a single
template. This requires the template to be somewhat complete so that
test cases that depend on variables declared earlier would pass.

Consider the following example:

```
  template: `
    <div *ngFor="let ~{for-person}person of ~{for-people}people">
      <span>Name: {{~{for-interp-person}person.~{for-interp-name}name}}</span>
      <span>Age: {{person.~{for-interp-age}age}}</span>
    </div>`,
```

In order to test `~{for-interp-person}`, `people` has to be included after
`~{for-people}`. This means the test case for `~{for-people}` is not
reflective of the actual use case because the variable is already there!
In real case, the expression would be incomplete, and our implementation
failed to take that into account.

This commit breaks such test into individual tests, and fix the bugs in
the underlying implementation.

When a HTML Ast containing an Attribute node is converted to a Template Ast,
the attribute node might get dropped from the Template Ast path.
This is because the AttrNode is not even in the Template Ast to begin with.
In this case, we manually fix the path by converting the Attribute node
to a AttrAst node and appending it to the path.

This allows the `ExpressionVisitor` to properly visit the leaf node in the
TemplateAst path. We no longer need to visit the `Element` and look for
attributes.

Given the following HTML and cursor position:

```
Note that the cursor is **after** the attribute `c`.
Under the current implementation, only `Element` is included in the
This bug occurs only for cases where the cursor is right after the Node,
and it is because the `end` position of the span is excluded from the search.
Instead, the `end` position should be included.
Due to a bug in the existing banner, `typescript` module was require-d
instead of reusing the module passed in from tsserver.
This bug is caused by some source files in language-service that imports
`typescript` instead of `typescript/lib/tsserverlibrary`.
This is not an unsupported use case, it's just that when typescript is
resolved in the banner we have to be very careful about which modules to
"require".
The convoluted logic in the banner makes it very hard to detect
anomalies. This commit cleans it up and removes a lot of unneeded code.
ayazhafiz 1425e63029 fix(language-service): determine correct type for ngFor exported values (#34089)
Currently, variables of an unknown type in an `*ngFor` expression are
refined to have the type of the iterable binding of the `*ngFor`
expression. Unfortunately, this is a bug for variables aliasing
[values exported by
`*ngFor`](https://angular.io/api/common/NgForOf#local-variables),
including `index` and `first`, because they are also given the type of
the binding expression, but they are not of the binding type. For
example, in
```typescript
@Component({
  selector: 'test',
  template: `
    <div *ngFor="let hero of heroes; let i = index; let isFirst = first">
      {{ hero }}
    </div>
  `
})
export class TestComponent {
  heroes: Hero[];
}
```
The local variables `i` and `isFirst` are determined to have a type of
`Hero`, when actually their types are `number` and `boolean`,
respectively.
This commit fixes this bug by checking if the value of a variable in an
`*ngFor` expression is known to be an export and assigning the variable
the type of that export value. Only if the variable does not alias an
export is it typed with the binding value of the `*ngFor` expression.
ayazhafiz 49804fe017 fix(language-service): determine index types accessed using dot notation (#33884)
Commit 53fc2ed8bf added support for
determining index types accessed using index signatures, but did not
include support for index types accessed using dot notation:
```typescript
const obj<T>: { [key: string]: T };
obj['stringKey']. // gets `T.` completions
obj.stringKey. // did not peviously get `T.` completions
```
This adds support for determining an index type accessed via dot
notation by rigging an object's symbol table to return the string index
signature type a property access refers to, if that property does not
explicitly exist on the object. This is very similar to @ivanwonder's
work in #29811.
`SymbolWrapper` now takes an additional parameter to explicitly set the
type of the symbol wrapped. This is done because
`SymbolTableWrapper#get` only has access to the symbol of the index
type, _not_ the index signature symbol itself. An attempt to get the
type of the index type will give an error.
ayazhafiz 53fc2ed8bf feat(language-service): completions support for indexed types (#33775)
Previously, indexing a container type would not return completions for
the indexed type because for every TypeScript type, the recorded index
type was always marked as `undefined`, regardless of the index
signature.
This PR now returns the index type of TypeScript containers with numeric
or string index signatures. This allows use to generate completions for
arrays and defined index types:
```typescript
interface Container<T> {
  [key: string]: T;
}
const ctr: Container<T>;
ctr['stringKey']. // gives `T.` completions

const arr: T[];
arr[0]. // gives `T.` completions
```
Note that this does _not_ provide completions for properties indexed by
string literals, e.g.
```typescript
interface Container<T> {
  foo: T;
}
const ctr: Container<T>;
ctr['foo']. // does not give `T.` completions
```
Greg Magolan 1c22e464b2 build: remove deps on legacy nodejs rules rollup_bundle internals (#33201) (#33607)
The legacy nodejs rules rollup_bundle is now deprecated and will be removed in the nodejs rules 1.0 release due in mid-November. This PR brings in the rules_nodejs internal API deps that ng_rollup_bundle, ng_package and ls_rollup_bundle depend on into this repo to break the dependency. In the future these rules should switch to use the new rollup_bundle via a macro as done in https://github.com/angular/angular/pull/33329 but this is not possible right now due to the complication of having esm5 re-rooted ts_library dependencies.
The es6 sources now have .mjs extensions so they no longer need to be re-rooted to `{package}.es6`. This eliminates the need for the collect_es6_sources() function.
Note: repo has been updated to the newest working version of rollup which is 1.25.2. There is some regression in 1.26.0 which causes the following bundling failure:
Greg Magolan 0addaab270 build: remove deps on legacy nodejs rules rollup_bundle internals (#33201)
The legacy nodejs rules rollup_bundle is now deprecated and will be removed in the nodejs rules 1.0 release due in mid-November. This PR brings in the rules_nodejs internal API deps that ng_rollup_bundle, ng_package and ls_rollup_bundle depend on into this repo to break the dependency. In the future these rules should switch to use the new rollup_bundle via a macro as done in https://github.com/angular/angular/pull/33329 but this is not possible right now due to the complication of having esm5 re-rooted ts_library dependencies.
The es6 sources now have .mjs extensions so they no longer need to be re-rooted to `{package}.es6`. This eliminates the need for the collect_es6_sources() function.
Note: repo has been updated to the newest working version of rollup which is 1.25.2. There is some regression in 1.26.0 which causes the following bundling failure:
```

Adds a `replacementSpan` field on a completion that will allow typed
text to be replaced with the suggested completion value if a user
selects the completion. Previously, the completion value would simply be
appended to the text already typed. E.g. if we had

```
{{ti}}
```

typed in a template and `title` was recommended as a completion and
selected, the template would become

```
{{tititle}}
```

With `replacementSpan`, the original text `ti` will be replaced for
`title`.

This is a potential fix for https://github.com/angular/vscode-ng-language-service/issues/235

Currently, CRLF line endings are converted to LFs and this causes the

must be preserved in order to maintain correct span offset. The solution
is to add an option to the Tokenizer to indicate such preservation.

ayazhafiz ce7f934c66 feat(language-service): directive info when looking up attribute's symbol (#33127)
Now, hovering over an attribute on an element will provide information
about the directive that attribute matches in the element, if any.
(More generally, we return information about directive symbols
matched on an element attribute.)

I believe this is similar to how the indexer provides this kind of
information, though more precise in the sense that this commit provides
directive information only if the directive selector exactly matches the
attribute selector. In another sense, this is a limitation.

In fact, there are the limitations of:

- Directives matched on the element, but with a selector of anything
  more than the attribute (e.g. `div[string-model]` or
  `[string-model][other-attr]`) will not be returned as symbols matching
  on the attribute.
- Only one symbol can be returned currently. If the attribute matches
  multiple directives, only one directive symbol will be returned.
  Furthermore, we cannot say that the directive symbol returned is
  determinstic.

Resolution of these limitations can be discussed in the future. At least
the second limitation should be very easy to fixup in a future commit.

This relies solely on the template compiler and is agnostic to any Ivy
changes, so this is strictly a feature enhancement that will not have to
be refactored when we migrate the language service to Ivy.

Keen Yee Liau bbb2798d41 fix(language-service): Use tsLSHost.fileExists() to resolve modules (#32642)
The ModuleResolutionHost implementation inside ReflectorHost currently
relies on reading the snapshot to determine if a file exists, and use
the snapshot to retrieve the file content.
It is more straightforward and efficient to use the already existing
method fileExists() instead.

At runtime, the TypeScript LanguageServiceHost is really a Project, so
both fileExists() and readFile() methods are defined.

This is a prerequisite to fix a bug in template completions whereby
completion of the string `ti` for the variable `title` results in
`tititle`.

This is because the position where the completion is requested is used
to insert the completion text. This is incorrect. Instead, a
`replacementSpan` should be used to indicate the span of text that needs
to be replaced. Angular's own `Completion` interface is insufficient to
hold this information. Instead, we should just use ts.CompletionEntry.

Also added string enum for `CompletionKind`, which is similar to
ts.ScriptElementKind but contains more info about HTML entities.

This commit fixes a bug introduced in the recent refactoring whereby
caches become stale when the program changes.
This is because StaticReflector keeps its own caches that are not
clearable. The previous refactoring tried to reuse the same instance,
leading to out-of-sync program state.

just invalidate the symbols in the files that have changed. This
requires changes to the API of StaticReflector, but put this on hold

Adds support for `getDefinitionAt` when called on a templateUrl

The currrent architecture for getting definitions is designed to be
called on templates, so we have to introduce a new
`getTsDefinitionAndBoundSpan` method to get Angular-specific definitions
in TypeScript files and pass a `readTemplate` closure that will read the
contents of a template using `TypeScriptServiceHost#getTemplates`. We
can probably go in and make this nicer in a future PR, though I'm not
sure what the best architecture should be yet.

This file is unnecessary since the language service host's current

Keen Yee Liau 7b9891d7cd feat(language-service): Introduce 'angularOnly' flag (#31935)
This PR changes the language service to work in two different modes:

1. TS + Angular
   Plugin augments TS language service to provide additonal Angular
   information. This only works with inline template and is meant to be
   used as a local plugin (configured via tsconfig.json).
2. Angular only
   Plugin only provides information on Angular templates, no TS info at
   all. This effectively disables native TS features and is meant for
   internal use only.

Default mode is `angularOnly = false` so that we don't break any users
already using Angular LS as local plugin.

As part of the refactoring, `undefined` is removed from type aliases
because it is considered bad practice.

go/tsstyle#nullableundefined-type-aliases
```
Type aliases must not include |null or |undefined in a union type.
Nullable aliases typically indicate that null values are being passed
around through too many layers of an application, and this clouds the
source of the original issue that resulted in null. They also make it
unclear when specific values on a class or interface might be absent.
Ayaz Hafiz f65db20c6d feat(ivy): record absolute position of template expressions (#31391)
Currently, template expressions and statements have their location
recorded relative to the HTML element they are in, with no handle to
absolute location in a source file except for a line/column location.
However, the line/column location is also not entirely accurate, as it
points an entire semantic expression, and not necessarily the start of
an expression recorded by the expression parser.
To support record of the source code expressions originate from, add a
new `sourceSpan` field to `ASTWithSource` that records the absolute byte
offset of an expression within a source code.
should not appear by the time rollup is invoked. `tsserverlibrary` is
used for types only, so the import statement should not be emitted by
tsc.
Since we build and publish the individual packages
using Bazel and `build.sh` has been removed, we can
safely remove the `rollup.config.js` files which are no
longer needed because the `ng_package` bazel rule
automatically handles the rollup settings and globals.
Pete Bacon Darwin c0dac184cd fix(compiler): markup lexer should not capture quotes in attribute value (#28055)
When tokenizing markup (e.g. HTML) element attributes
can have quoted or unquoted values (e.g. `a=b` or `a="b"`).
The `ATTR_VALUE` tokens were capturing the quotes, which
was inconsistent and also affected source-mapping.
Now the tokenizer captures additional `ATTR_QUOTE` tokens,
which the HTML related parsers understand and factor into their
token parsing.
Pete Bacon Darwin 673ac2945c refactor(compiler): use `options` argument for parsers (#28055)
This commit consolidates the options that can modify the
parsing of text (e.g. HTML, Angular templates, CSS, i18n)
into an AST for further processing into a single `options`
hash.
This makes the code cleaner and more readable, but also
enables us to support further options to parsing without
triggering wide ranging changes to code that should not
be affected by these new options.  Specifically, it will let
us pass information about the placement of a template
that is being parsed in its containing file, which is essential
for accurate SourceMap processing.
Paul Gschwendtner e11ac7f24b build: remove unused "test.sh" leftover code in language-service (#28352)
Since we recently removed the `test.sh` script, and now run all
tests with Bazel, we can remove the unused logic that makes language-service
tests pass in non-Bazel.
This cleans up the tests, and also makes it easier to write tests
without worrying about two ways of the Angular package output
(Bazel `ng_package` rules vs. old `build.sh` logic of building)
Igor Minar 4237c34c78 test(ivy): mark failing test targets with fixme-ivy-jit and fixme-ivy-local tags (#26471)
We are close enough to blacklist a few test targets, rather than whitelist targets to run...
Because bazel rules can be composed of other rules that don't inherit tags automatically,
I had to explicitly mark all of our ts_library and ng_module targes with "ivy-local" and
"ivy-jit" tags so that we can create a query that excludes all fixme- tagged targets even
if those targets are composed of other targets that don't inherit this tag.
This is the updated overview of ivy related bazel tags:
- ivy-only: target that builds or runs only under ivy
- fixme-ivy-jit: target that doesn't yet build or run under ivy with --compile=jit
- fixme-ivy-local: target that doesn't yet build or run under ivy with --compile=local
- no-ivy-jit: target that is not intended to build or run under ivy with --compile=jit
- no-ivy-local: target that is not intended to build or run under ivy with --compile=local
