There is an encoding issue with using delta `Δ`, where the browser will attempt to detect the file encoding if the character set is not explicitly declared on a `<script/>` tag, and Chrome will find the `Δ` character and decide it is window-1252 encoding, which misinterprets the `Δ` character to be some other character that is not a valid JS identifier character
So back to the frog eyes we go.

PR Close#30546
Moves over the tests from `pipe_spec` into `acceptance`. Note that the two `WrappedValue` tests haven't been moved over, because impure pipes always throw "changed after checked" errors in `TestBed`. This seems to be consistent with ViewEngine.
PR Close#30389
The `Δ` caused issue with other infrastructure, and we are temporarily
changing it to `ɵɵ`.
This commit also patches ts_api_guardian_test and AIO to understand `ɵɵ`.
PR Close#29850
This commit adds a devMode-only check which will throw if a user
attempts to bind a property that does not match a directive
input or a known HTML property.
Example:
```
<div [unknownProp]="someValue"></div>
```
The above will throw because "unknownProp" is not a known
property of HTMLDivElement.
This check is similar to the check executed in View Engine during
template parsing, but occurs at runtime instead of compile-time.
Note: This change uncovered an existing bug with host binding
inheritance, so some Material tests had to be turned off. They
will be fixed in an upcoming PR.
PR Close#28537
createInjector() is an Ivy-only API that should not have
been exported as part of the public API. This commit removes
the export. It will be re-exported when Ivy is released.
PR Close#28509
`NgModule` requires that `Component`s/`Directive`s/`Pipe`s are listed in
declarations, and that each `Component`s/`Directive`s/`Pipe` is declared
in exactly one `NgModule`. This change adds runtime checks to ensure
that these sementics are true at runtime.
There will need to be seperate set of checks for the AoT path of the
codebase to verify that same set of semantics hold. Due to current
design there does not seem to be an easy way to share the two checks
because JIT deal with references where as AoT deals with AST nodes.
PR Close#27604
All errors for existing fields have been detected and suppressed with a
`!` assertion.
Issue/24571 is tracking proper clean up of those instances.
One-line change required in ivy/compilation.ts, because it appears that
the new syntax causes tsickle emitted node to no longer track their
original sourceFiles.
PR Close#24572
Short-circuitable expressions (using ternary & binary operators) could not use
the regular binding mechanism as it relies on the bindings being checked every
single time - the index is incremented as part of checking the bindings.
Then for pure function kind of bindings we use a different mechanism with a
fixed index. As such short circuiting a binding check does not mess with the
expected binding index.
Note that all pure function bindings are handled the same wether or not they
actually are short-circuitable. This allows to keep the compiler and compiled
code simple - and there is no runtime perf cost anyway.
PR Close#24039
Remove `containerRefreshStart` and `containerRefreshEnd` instruction
from the output.
Generate directives as a list in `componentDef` rather than inline into
instructions. This is consistent in making selector resolution runtime
so that translation of templates can follow locality.
