refactor(compiler): remove unneeded fields from metadata
...
Removes `CompileIdentifierMetadata.name` / `.moduleUrl`,
as well as `CompileTypeMetadata.name / moduleUrl` and
`CompileFactoryMetadata.name / moduleUrl`.

This is to prevent stale files causing the tests to fail when we run them locally after checking out a new revision.
