Keen Yee Liau f4916730b5 feat(language-service): Implement `definitionAndBoundSpan` (#30125) ... This PR adds the implementation for `definitionAndBoundSpan` because it's now preferred over `definition`. vscode would send this new request for `Go to definition`.
