Follow-up to #41826 The CLI now no longer installs `ts-node` since Protractor has been removed. See https://github.com/angular/angular-cli/pull/20601 for the relevant PR in angular-cli. This change has been released in the CLI v12.0.0-rc.1 PR Close #41873
