Prior to this change, any inserted `<style>` nodes into shadow dom trees would be retained in memory, even after the shadow dom tree has been removed. This commit fixes the memory leak by tracking the inserted `<style>` nodes per host element, such that removal of the host element also releases the style nodes. Fixes #36655 PR Close #42005

This folder contains tests which assert that most of the code is tree shaken away. This is asserted by keeping gold files of all symbols which are expected to be retained. When doing renaming it is often necessary to update the gold files, to do so use these commands:

Running all symbol tests
To run all symbol tests with one command, you can use the following scripts:
