Igor Minar efbd8fca4c build(typings): make router.d.ts depend on angular2.d.ts

if this is not done, DefinitelyTyped tests fail because of missing definitions for List, Map and other
apis that are part of router's public api

Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications. This is the repository for Angular 2, both the JavaScript (JS) and Dart versions.
