* Thin jar option for Spring Boot bootstrap and gradle projects.

* .gitignore for spring-boot-gradle project.

* Maven and Gradle 'thin' Boot builds (optional)

* Rename 'wrapper' to 'thin' and shorten some lines of code to fit the article.
