Using the Docker builder or one of the Docker post processors as an input
artifact will cause the `Vagrantfile` to include a reference to the image. For
post processors allowing a tag to be specified, such as `docker-import` or
`docker-tag`, the tag will be used. Otherwise, the sha256 hash will be used.
