bug-fix: syntax error in createApplication()

setup throws an error: `az: error: unrecognized arguments: az ad app list` due to a syntax error in `createApplication()` method. This patch will fix the issue of the same.

For networks that have multiple subnets, we may want to target a single
subnet. OpenStack doesn't let you target a single subnet in a network
and so you need to make a port.
