Joe Duffy	dec9a5a2de	Add a Get Started image (#1624) ... This change adds a Get Started image whose styling matches our current HTML/CSS layout. This will be used to add simple CTAs to our GitHub READMEs which we can't style similarly due to the lack of HTML/CSS embedding within the README Markdown.
