Reorganized files. 

Now we have a definitions kids build and a data kids build. Data kids build now just loads in 3 minutes as opposed to the previous 40 minutes. Added a tiny readme file. Deleted old Kids.

Install both files into VISTA for RxNorm.
First one is data definition, second one is the globals. The data will take about 3 minutes to load.
