Brett Cannon a584e413a0 Remove __cmp__ mention.
Add about list comps being syntactic sugar for genexps to list().  Reword
mention of stdlib reorg.  Mention comparisons other than == and != between
disparate types will raise an error unless excplicitly allowed.
