PEP 7: Revert: "Add note about greppable exception messages (#2605)" (#2608) 
Based on post-merge feedback, it was decided to revert this change.

See the original PR (GH-2605), the proposed PR for PEP 8 (GH-2606), and
the issue (GH-2604) for the discussions.

This reverts commit c787739478.

Barry Warsaw 06f77300aa Don't use `return Py_None` as the example. 
We now have the `Py_RETURN_NONE` macro, which is better style, so don't use an
example that may conflict with that style.  Use a generic example.
