2a0bbc499f Removing some gratuitous XHTML-isms. They still break JavaHelp, alas, and the manual is anyway not even strictly 
formatted plain HTML, much less XHTML.

1c960e7c14 Allow target-less build files by 
(1) making project's default attribute optional.
(2) don't run executeTarget(s) if not asked for one

098f15932f Document <dirset> and new <dirset>/<filelist> support for
