Fixes running maven tests on windows. The tests and the private key

builder code were not all properly using
System.getProperty("line.separator") and were instead in some cases just
using "\n"
lineSeparator variable shortened
jclouds formatting applied
reverts and refixes formatting changes
This should fix some missing changes
