- Calling 'create_post' (singular) wasn't updating the LookupContainer and thus we couldn't populate the 'reply_to_post_number' column

Remove sidekiq-statistic gem.

* We don't really use it and there is an on-going issue
with the gem not expiring keys in a Redis list which
hasn't been fully resolved.
