Fix OWB (Open WebBeans) tests. 
+ OWB needs init-parameter to allow it's own
  ServletContainerInitializer found at
  org.apache.webbeans.servlet.WebBeansConfigurationListener$Auto
  to execute and properly add the required Listener for
  OWB to function.
+ See OWB-1296
