HHH-14484 Improve support for Firebird 4

Also includes:
- Some general Firebird improvements
- Tweak tests to run (or be skipped) against Firebird
- Fix to BooleanDecoder
- Add statistical/linear regression function definitions in CommonFunctionFactory
- Added the relevant functions to other dialects where I could verify they apply
- Fix for unions with parenthesized selects
- Add casts for parameters in functions
